Insane Automotive Ltd is committed to respecting customer privacy and protecting personal data. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, process and protect your personal data as a visitor of our website and as a customer. ·        Vehicle registration numbers of any vehicles on which we’ve been asked to work on

·        Financial data; including bank account details and payment card details

·        We do not collect any Special Categories of personal data or any information relating to criminal convictions

We use various data collection methods, including;

Direct interaction – correspondence with us by post, phone, email, web form or social media for one or more of the following reasons;

·        Contacting us to discuss products or services

·        Providing us with feedback, either directly or via a 3rd party (e.g. Google or Trustpilot)

·        Subscribing to any mailing list

·        Enter a competition or customer survey

Through 3rd Parties;

·        Publicly held information or records – e.g. Companies House

4. How we use Your Data

·        Our own marketing purposes – you may occasionally receive communications from us if you’ve contacted us previously or used our services and have not opted out of receiving marketing communications.

·        Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

·        Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

·        You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
